DJ Moogaloo: Brown Paper Funk mix

And to top it all off, DJ Moogaloo’s also been digging through his fantastic collection of obscure tracks by famous 60s and 70s artists to find a selection of incredible, rare tracks that you may not already know by artists that you definitely will!

You may be suprised that 60s Pop stars such as Cliff Richard, Liza Minnelli, Sandie Shaw, Cher and Johnny Mathis have all flirted with the funk. Now I would like to point out that these are not Grade B funk records, but every bit as good as those funky 45 rarities, sometimes better as they had high production values and often a big orchestra to play with.
