DJ Moogaloo: Mucky Groovers Mix

This month DJ Moogaloo is playing some rude records at the Mucky Book Club, Hoxton Hall, London, on the 15th November, so thought he might do a mix.

Some of the tunes have people “enjoying” themselves over organ wigouts and funky bass lines  others have double entendre lyrics, I mean is Elvis actually singing about his relationship with a car?

Mucky Groovers

Erotica – Rita
The Witch Doctor – Over Night Low
Turn Of The Lights – Larry Joung’s Fuel
Exit – Erotica
Playa Ardiente (Jungle Fever) – Anel Y Los Chavos
Choc Ice – Lulu
Here Comes The Streaker – High Voltage
Instant Nirvana – 101 Strings
Spinout – Elvis

Farmhouse Closure – RPM Dates Cancelled

Terrible news The Farmhouse – Canterbury have had to close their venue following a 24 hour ultimatum for 3 weeks rent from there landlords.

Having spoken with Sean from the Farmhouse he said he was going to try and move the Farmhouse to another venue and would like RPM to feature there.

So for now RPM is without a home, but hopefully we can either move with the Farmhouse or find somewhere new.

Good luck and thanks to all the lovely staff there and everybody who came to our nights there we have had a fantastic time during our residency. Fingers crossed for the future
